Friends of the Rec Meeting
March 18th, 2009
It was discussed that we would have a connect 4 tournament on April 24th from 7PM - 9PM
at the BB Rec Center. This event will be free for all children in grades 3-8. The Recreation
Department will sell snacks at the tournament. Prizes will be given to the winners.
Hip Hop was once again discussed at meeting. Currently, scheduling will put the plans to
have hip hop on hold until our next meeting.
After care for the summer camp was discussed at the meeting. It was indicated that from
last year's survey not many parents needed the assistance. It will be further discussed at
our next meeting.
